摘要
在耳鼻咽喉科实行24 h开放性临床见习教学是传统见习教学上的拓展和深化,但在资源配置和执行实施方面有一定的困难。这个方案的实施能为培养高素质通才型医学人才奠定基础,在高等院校,特别是重点高校中有实施的可行性和必要性。在该计划实施管理中要注重人员的控制、时间和内容的安排、效果监控和医疗安全等细节。
24 hours a day＇s practicing for internship in otorhinolaryngology teaching is expanding and deepening. There is some difficult in resource allocation and implementation. The project is necessary and workable for training the highly-competent medic in medical university. More details should be noticed in this project, such as limited number of intern, teaching content and form, teaching effectiveness and medical safety.
