我国公民逝世后器官捐献现状及管理探讨 被引量：13

摘要 2013年《人体捐献器官获取与分配管理规定(试行)》的出台与施行,在我国器官捐献工作走向规范化方面有着里程碑式的意义。我国以卫生行政主管部门为政策制定和指导部门,移植医院作为器官获取组织(OPO)依托单位的器官捐献模式业已确立。移植医院作为OPO的依托单位,在组织管理建设上,需要着重加强规范死亡判定流程、严格财务管理规定、规范器官捐献流程、明确岗位职责6个方面的工作。
