舒心汤治疗更年期心血管神经症随机平行对照研究

Randomized parallel control Study of Shuxin Soup on treatment of menopause Cardiovascular Neurosis

目的观察舒心汤治疗更年期心血管神经症疗效。方法使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例稳心颗粒9克/次,3次/d。治疗组30例舒心汤（熟地黄、山茱萸、当归、何首乌、柴胡、白芍各15g,女贞子、炙甘草各10g,酸枣仁、夜交藤各30g）,1剂/d,水煎450m L,早中晚温服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、中医证侯及不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访6~12个月,60例患者均获得随访。结果治疗组治愈12例,显效13例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%。对照组治愈4例,显效7例,有效9例,无效10例,总有效率66.7%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组中医证侯均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论舒心汤滋补肝肾,养心安神,使肝体充沛,肝肾平和,心神自安。临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective Observe Shuxin Soup＇s efficacy on menopause cardiovascular neurosis. Method In a randomized parallel control trial,totally 60 outpatients were divided into two groups at random. 30 cases in the control group took Wenxin granules 9g each time,3 times a day. The other 30 outpatients in the treatment group ate Shuxin soup（ Chinese Foxglove,Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc.,Angelica sinensis,Fallopia multiflora（ Thunb.） Harald.,Bupleurum chinense,Paeonia lactiflora Pall. each 15 g. Ligustrum lucidum Ait.,Glycyrrhizae. each 10 g. Spina Date Seed and Tuber Fleeceflower Stem each 30 g.） decocted with 450 ml water,1 dose each day and taken while warm three times,respectively in the morning,noon,and evening. Observed clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms and adverse reactions during one course set as 30 days. At the same time recorded and judged the efficacy for each group. In addition,these 60 outpatients were followed up for 6 to 12 months randomly. Results In the treatment group 12 cases were completely cured,significantly improved in 13 cases,improved in 3 cases,non-effective in 2 cases,and the effective rate was 93. 3%. In the control group 4 cases were completely cured,significant improved in 7 cases,improved in 9 cases,non-effective in 10 cases,and the effective rate was 66. 7%. The treatment group was superior to the control group on the clinical efficacy parameter（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups were both improved in TCM syndrome（ P〈0. 05）,but the treatment group better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shuxin Soup is significantly effective medicine on treatment of menopause cardiovascular neurosis,worth widespread clinical promotion.
