宁心定悸汤治疗阵发性房室结折返性心动过速疗效观察

目的观察宁心定悸汤治疗阵发性房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)的临床疗效。方法 59例患者随机分为2组,治疗组31人给予宁心定悸汤治疗,对照组28人给予普罗帕酮治疗。结果与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率93.55%,对照组总有效率78.57%,两组资料对比P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论宁心定悸汤治疗阵发性房室结折返性心动过速疗效明显。

Objective to observe the calming nerves calm nervous soup in treatment of paroxysmal atrioventricular node exhumation tachycardia（ AVNRT） clinical curative effect. Methods 59 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 31 people for calming nerves nervous decoction,28 people were treated propafenone treatment. Results the total effective rate in treatment group compared with control group,treatment group total effective rate 93. 55%,control group total effective rate 78. 57%,two groups of data contrast P〈0. 05,there is significant difference. Conclusion calming nerves nervous soup in treatment of paroxysmal atrioventricular node exhumation tachycardia curative effect is obvious.
