37份中药注射剂说明书的合理性调查分析

The research and analysis of TCM injections instructions

目的调查我院中药注射剂说明书现存的问题。方法根据国家食品药品监督管理局颁布的《中药、天然药物处方药说明书内容书写要求》、《中药、天然药物处方药说明书格式》、《中药、天然药物处方药说明书撰写指导原则》以及《中药注射剂应用指南》规定的格式、项目、内容等要求进行调查、统计、分析。结果 37份中药注射剂说明书有14项标注率为100%,其余均有不同程度的缺项,个别项目无标注。结论中药注射剂说明书存在问题相当严重,需要整顿、完善和提高。

Objective To investigate uages instrutions in specifications of 37 TCM injections of commonly-used in our hospital. Methods According to the specific format,contents and writing requirements of the pharmaceutical directions formulated and promulgated by the State Food and Drug Administration. Result the mark rate of 14 items in 37 TCM injections specifications are 100%,The rest have varying degrees of lack of item,individual items without annotation. Conclusion The existing problems of TCM injections are very serious and need to be improved and enhanced.
