摘要
目的研究下颌角肥大患者采用磨骨术整形的临床效果。方法选取2011-2014年我院收治的64例下颌角肥大患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各32例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果随访半年,研究组总有效率为100.00%,对照组总有效率为90.62%,具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论磨骨术在下颌角肥大的整形手术中能够明显改善患者面部轮廓,可在临床展开推广使用。
Objective the clinical effect of grinding bone surgery with plastic of mandibular angle hypertrophy patients. ~ethods 64 patients with mandibular selected 2011- 2014 our hospital angle hypertrophy patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, each of 32 cases, the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results followed up for half a year, the study group the total effective rate was 100%, control group, the total effective rate was 90.62%, with significant statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion grinding bone surgery in hypertrophic mandibular angle plastic operation can significantlv imnrove patients with facial contour, can be expanded in clinical use.
