摘要 废用性骨质疏松症是机械刺激减少导致的骨量丢失的疾病,是长期卧床、制动、脊髓损伤、太空飞行、肌肉减少等引起骨密度降低和骨折风险增加的疾病。应首先对原发病进行治疗,同时积极抗骨质疏松本文就废用性骨质疏松症的诊治进展进行综述。 Disuse osteoporosis is bone mass decrements induced by reduced mechanical load , including long term bed-rest, immobilization, spinal cord injury, space flight and sarcopenia , which leads to decreased bone mineral density and increased fracture risk .Treatment includes controlling primary diseases , anti-osteoporotic therapy .We review the progress of disuse osteoporosis .
