椎体骨质疏松性骨折已成为影响老年人生活质量及寿命的重要因素之一,因此,椎体骨折的正确诊断对骨质疏松的防治至关重要。但目前椎体骨质疏松性骨折的诊断尚无金标准。本文就不同诊断方法及常用的影像学技术作一简述。

Osteoporotic vertebral fractures have become one of the most important factors which affects life quali -ty and longevity of the elderly .The morphologic assessment of vertebral fractures have played an important role for preven -tion and treatment of osteoporosis .Many methods have contributed to evaluate vertebral changes as well as vertebral frac -tures .However , there is no golden standard for vertebral fractures evaluation .This article reviews a variety of evaluaition methods and radiological technologies .
