丹江口水库大坝加高工程施工与枢纽运行同时进行,工程建设标准高、难度大。南水北调中线水源有限责任公司作为项目法人,认真履行质量管理职责,与政府、设计、施工、监理等多方一起建立了既统一协调又各自分工明确的质量保证体系,详细制订了各施工项目的质量管理措施。在施工过程中,各单位全面落实质量主体责任,加强质量隐患排查治理,在保证枢纽安全度汛和正常运行的同时,使大坝加高工程施工质量一直处于良好的受控状态。

The construction of Danjiangkou heightening works coincided with the operation of the project of Danjiangkou Hydro-power Station, so the construction was difficult and the standard was high. In the construction, as the project legal entity, the Water Sources Company of South-to-North Water Diversion seriously performed its duties and established a unified and coordi-nated quality guarantee system with a clear division of responsibilities together with the government, design, construction, super-vision departments;some detailed management measures for various project items were formulated. In the construction, the relat-ed departments strengthened the quality defect check and treatment, implemented the duty, well controlled the construction quali-ty therefore ensured the flood control safety and normal operation of Danjiangkou hydro-complex.
