摘要
以东莞本地超市在售的10种不同品牌的绿茶为研究对象,对常用的30种有机磷类、菊酯类农药进行残留检测。样品用乙腈提取,经净化定容后用基质标准溶液进行外标法校正定量。结果显示,10种绿茶中,有6个品牌检测出有毒死蜱、联苯、氯氟氰菊酯不同浓度的超标现象,其他4个品牌也有少量残留,但含量均在国家最大残留量范围内。
The paper took 10 different brands of green tea collected form Dongguan local supermarket as research objects, and researched the residue of 30 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and cleared, then concentrated by rotary evaporators. The results revealed that, three pesticides were seriously excessive including chlorpyrifos, bifenthrin and cyhalothrin in 6 brands, and the other brands had small amount of pesticide residues.
