党的十八届四中全会强调了全面深化改革、完善和发展中国特色社会主义法治体系,提高党的执政能力和科学水平,必须全面推进依法治国的总要求这一深刻论断。学习贯彻十八届四中全会精神,就要深刻认识依法治国是我国治国理政的基本方式,认真坚持依宪治国、维护宪法法律权威;不断深化司法体制改革,严肃惩治司法腐败;规范权力运行,切实"把权力关进制度的笼子里"。

The Fourth Plenary Session of Eighteenth Central Committee stressed that rule of law should be comprehensively promote to deepen reform in an all-around way,improve and develop the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and improve the Party＇s governing capacity and scientific level. Study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of Eighteenth Central Committee,we should deeply understand the rule of law is a fundamental way of managing state affairs,carefully adhere to rule of law and uphold constitution authority,deepen reform of the judicial system and severely punish corruption in the judiciary and ensure that strict procedures are followed in the exercise of power.
