摘要
对职业教育文化的追寻要直溯其源头,在对职业教育历史演变的规律中寻找它的影子。最原始的职业教育萌芽孕育了人类朴素、自然的教育情感,师徒制教育以师徒之爱为情感根基;工业化为追求社会福祉催生了现代形态职业教育,工业发展以及传统师徒制自身的衰败和伦理丧失导致其最终让位于学校职业教育,但工业的技术理性很快又使其面临伦理的困境;信息化、知识化社会的来临使现代职业教育突破工具理性,追求人的主体价值。
The origin of vocational education culture can be retraced through reviewing the history of vocational education development. Primitive vocational education breeds a simple and natural emotion between a master and his apprentice whose relationship is based on care and love. Social happiness-oriented industrialization gives vocational education a modern form. With the industrial development and its lack of ethic, traditional master-apprentice education declined and finally gave way to the school vocational education that later found itself trapped in an ethic dilemma caused by the technological reason. The coming of an information and knowledge society urges modern-day vocational education to shake off tool rationality and highlight the value of human beings.
