静脉成瘾者浅静脉置管的综合护理

Comprehensive Nursing of Superficial Vein Catheterization of Intravenous Addicts

目的:研究静脉成瘾者浅静脉置管的综合护理,为静脉成瘾患者带来具有实质意义的优质临床护理体验。方法:将2012年2月1日-2013年10月1日在本科住院的静脉成瘾患者随机分为对照组与治疗组。设改进浅静脉置管术治疗的静脉成瘾者为治疗组,常规浅静脉置管术治疗的静脉成瘾者为对照组,对比两组的护理效果。结果:改进技术后的静脉成瘾者浅静脉置管术与对照组相比,具有较高的一次性成功置管率、较低的并发症、较长的置管时间及较高的护理满意率(P<0.05)。结论:通过改进置管护理、冲管护理、心理护理等综合护理措施来管理静脉成瘾者的血管问题,可取得良好的临床效果,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective： To research comprehensive nursing of superficial vein catheterization of intravenous addicts, for patients with venous addiction bring substantive quality of clinical nursing experience.Method：From February 2012 to September 2014,intravenous addiction patients hospitalized in our department were divided into case-control group and treatment group randomly.Venous addict under the improved remedy of superficial vein catheterization was set to the treatment group and venous addict under routine treatment of superficial vein catheterization was set to the case-control group,the nursing effect of two groups were compared.Result：After improving technology of venous addicts superficial vein tube insertion, compared with control group,it had the high one-time success rate of catheter,lower complication,longer the time of insertion and higher nursing satisfaction（P0.05）.Conclusion：Through an improvement of the comprehensive nursing measures in catheter nursing, flushing vascular nursing, and psychological care, to manage the problem of venous vascular addicts, can obtain good clinical effect. It is worthy to further spread and apply.
