对我国英才教育的若干思考

英才教育关乎国家高层次人才的培养和整体人才培养质量的提高。我国实施英才教育利于实现教育公平、落实新课程理念、提高教师素质。在当下我国要提高教师对于英才教育的认识、积极发现身边的英才、重视英才学生兴趣的培养并允许"偏才""怪才"的存在。

The quality of elite education concerns the national high level talents training and the improvement of the overall talent. In China, The implementing of elite education is good to the education equity, the implementation of new curriculum idea, the improvement of teachers＇ quality and reformation of normal university.We should improve the teachers＇ understanding on elite education, find out the elite students, pay more attention on the cultivation of interest and admit the existence of the person in mere possession of specific talent and geeks.
