对故乡和亲人的深切感情是金锦散文创作的主要内容,呈现出作家浓郁的民间情怀,这一方面是由于作家鲁西南农村的成长经历,另一方面则因为其与市井细民的密不可分。在其后的学习和工作中,作家又接受了现代文明的洗礼,树立了牢固的知识分子意识,又使其散文超越了"民间"的局限而具有了开放性的内涵。

The deep affection to the home town and close relatives is the main content of Jin Jin＇s prose creation, presenting the writers rich folk feelings. This was partly due to the writer＇s experiences growing up in the countryside of southwest in Shandong Procinle. On the other hand, it is closely connected with ordinary people. In his later study and work, the writer also accepted the baptism of modern civilization, and set up the strong consciousness of intellectuals. And his prose, beyond the limitations of the＂folk＂, has the connotation of openness.
