浅论社会权力在防治家庭暴力中的优势

A Survey on Superiorities of Social Power in the Domestic Violence Prevention

鉴于我国法律对于防治家暴的规定过于分散、笼统,可操作性不强,提出在国家权力——法律难以干预,或者干预不力的地方,利用社会权力的影响优势,积极支持国家权力达到全方位防治家暴的目的。解析了社会权力的定义以及其在防治家庭暴力方面的优势并提出了若干建议。

In view of the situation that legal provisions, in China in the field of prevention of domestic violence, are too scattered and general to ensure effects of enforcement of the relevant provisions, this article proposes that we should take advantage of the influence of social power to actively support the state power in achieving the all-round domestic violence prevention purpose. At the mean while, this article interprets the definition of social power and the advantages of which in field of domestic violence prevention and puts forward some suggestions.
