摘要
对线圈塑件的形状进行了说明,就其结构工艺性进行了分析;重点对该塑件模具的斜导柱侧向分型与抽芯机构进行了详细的设计计算;同时简述了其他结构的设计方法,并设计出整个模具的装配情况。该模具利用比较合理的结构,以比较低的成本实现模具结构设计,适合大批量生产,在生产实践中得到了良好的应用。
The paper describes the shape of the plastic coil, analyzes the process of it＇ s structure, especially designes and calculates the bevel column side parting and pulling mechanism, and also describes the design methods of other structures .Then designes the entire mold assembly. The mold is used reasonable structure and relatively low cost, it is suitable for mass production , which is used to produce very well in practice.
