城轨客车牵引梁焊接缺陷仿真研究

摘要 在完成T型接头实体模型建模的基础上,通过有限元软件对理想无焊接缺陷和具有焊接缺陷的模型进行静力学和动力学仿真,研究在相等力的作用下不同焊接缺陷模型焊缝附近应力的变化,分析焊接缺陷对其附近应力影响及应力放大系数。分析结果表明,焊接缺陷严重影响焊缝附近应力值,面缺陷比体缺陷对构件强度影响程度更大一些。 On the basis of T-joint modeling, no welding defects on the model and the model with welding defects to statics and dynamics simulation through finite element software.In the case of equal force, study welding models with different welding defects of stress changes.Analysis of welding defects near the defect stress and stress amplification factor.Analysis of welding defects on stress and stress amplification factor.The results show that welding defects seriously affect the value near the weld stress, surface defects more seriously impact than bulk defects on the structural strength.
