无记忆功放行为建模与仿真

摘要 使用saleh模型建立了无记忆功率放大器的非线性动态行为模型。首先介绍了功放saleh模型的基本原理,然后在ADS上仿真了功率放大器的输入输出特性数据,接着分析了最小二乘参数估计方法的过程与原理,最后在matlab上对模型进行了仿真分析,结果表明本文所建的saleh模型能够很好地反应功放的非线性动态特性,准确度高。 A nonlinear dynamic behavioral modeling of Memoryless Power amplifier is established using saleh model in this paper. Thestructureof thesis is as follows, Firstly, the principles of power amplifier using saleh model is introduced, secondly, the input and output characteristic data of power amplifier are simulated on the ADS, and then the processes and principles of least squares method for the estimates of saleh model parameters are analyzed, finally, the saleh model is simulated with the matlab. The simulation results showed that the saleh model built in this paper conforms to the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of power amplifier, and it also characterized by high accuracy.
