摘要
佛山南海发电一厂发电机组励磁系统使用的是交流励磁机三机励磁系统,2#发电机组励磁调节器更新改造后使用的是EXC9100型励磁调节器。对其改造后的励磁调节器配置及主要特点进行了分析,重点介绍了500 Hz励磁输入电源的同步采样、可控硅移相及光纤脉冲触发回路的设计。励磁调节器改造后交接试验结果表明该型号励磁调节器性满足标准要求,满足电站及电网运行要求,该设备自投运1年多来励磁系统运行稳定可靠。
The excitation system of Nanhai power plant l uses the AC exciter system. The 2# generator exciter system uses the EXC9100 regulator after it retrofits. This paper analyzes the configuration and the main characteristics of the regulator, especially introduces the synchronous voltage sampling, the thyristor phase shift and the optical pulse triggering and transferring circuit design. After retrofit, the onsite test result shows that the regulator performance meets the requirement of the standards, meet the requirement of power grid and the power plant operation. The regulator is very steady since it is put into operation 1 year before.
