摘要
介绍了一种汽车厂车身车间滑撬输送系统中简易气动举升机构的设计与应用。基于简易性和实用性,该气动举升机构采用气缸作为执行机构。再配以环境适应型的的托架,将气缸与电动滚床搭接成一体。采用DEVICENET现场总线技术实现主控PLC与远程I/O站点的通讯,控制气动举升机构的上升和下降,满足搭载白车身的滑撬能在相邻两个存在着高度差的滚床之间的输送要求。
This paper introduces the design and application of the lifting mechanism of the simple pneumatic an auto body shop factory skid transportation system. Based on the simple and practical,the pneumatic lifting mechanism adopts the cylinder as the actuator. Adding to the environment adaptive type bracket, the cylinder into a whole with the electric rolling lap. The realization of the main control PLC and remote I/O site communication bus technology, control the rising and falling exist in two adjacent conveying the height of pneumatic lifting mechanism, meet the skid difference between the hobbing machine. using DEVICENET field carrying white body can
