摘要
随着武钢产品结构的升级,武钢中厚板厂为了适应上游铸坯的长度和规格,增加了一台分段剪,但故障率较高。介绍了武钢中厚板厂的工艺流程和分段剪的主要技术参数和结构,通过分析可知分段剪连接螺栓断裂是主要原因,为此采取了增加平衡缸、改变油路设计,对连接螺栓压盖进行结构优化设计,实践表明分段剪改造后运行状况良好,至今未发生连接螺栓断裂,有效的提高了中厚板厂的生产作业率。
By the upgrading of WISCO product structure, the plate mill added a section shear according to length and specification of casting plate. The section shear had broken off frequently.The paper introduces the process flow of plate mill and main structure parameters of the section shear. Through analyzing the structure, the main factor was the fracture of connecting bolt. Some methods has been applied, adding balance hydraulic cylinder, improving oil circuit structure and optimization of the lid structure. After the section shear was improving, it has run properly. The eonne~'ting hoh has not been parted up to the present. The plate mill process productivity has been improved effectively.
