摘要
本文基于有限元的模态与刚度分析,通过在车窗框架后立柱处增加加强板、增加防撞杆与外板的粘结点数量等方案,改变车门部件结构及厚度参数,优化了前侧门的各性能,使其达到设计目标值。
Based on the modal finite element analysis and window frame uprights at increasing the number of bonding stiffness by increasing the reinforcing plate in the rear points bumper and the outer plate and other programs, changed the structure and thickness parameters door components, optimized front side door each performance to achieve the design target value.
