通过一轴类实例零件的加工,分析其结构特点及数控加工工艺要求,在此基础上制定了工艺路线,编制程序并进行数控车削加工,为数控编程加工提供实际参考作用,对提高编程效率和实际应用水平有较大的帮助。
Through a shaft parts processing example, analysis its structure characteristics and requirements of the NC machining process, on the basis of the development of the process route of NC turning programming and provides practical reference for NC programming and processing, to improve the programming efficiency and practical application of a greater level of help.
