摘要
本文根据铸件结构的工艺性,通过一套典型结构的分析,论述了在大型复杂的夹具设计中,采用铸件结构取代传统的拼接件结构设计,以达到简化结构设计,降低制造成本,提高夹具制造精度和缩短生产周期的效果。
In this paper, based on technology of paper discusses the in large complex jig design, design, to simplify structure design, reduce the precision and shorten the production cycle. casting structure, through the analysis of a typical structure, this adopt casting structure to replace the traditional Mosaic structure manufacturing cost, improve the effect of fixture manufacturingprecision and shorten the production cycle.
