摘要
高等院校会计专业旨在培养高素质技能型会计人才,但大家都面临"顶岗实习难"这个共同的问题。企业会计资料涉密和实习岗位较少是事实,如何有效解决这个现实难题呢?通过把不同行业不同会计岗位的实操重点,分解成若干小项目,制作微课导学,展开互动与交流,有利于增加学生学习和实习的满意度,提高会计人才的培养质量。
Accounting Major in higher education aims to cultivate high quality and skilled accounting talents. However, it is confronted with the intractable internship: the confidential accounting documents and the few opportunities of accounting exercitation. This paper puts forward several ways to effectively solve such problems. By the divided micro projects and micro lectures resulted from the real accounting positions in different industries, the teachers can interact with the students, so as to increase the satisfaction of students' practice and improve the quality of accounting talents.
