摘要
加强高职学生的职业道德教育既是社会发展的总体要求,是高职教育改革的迫切需要,是提升高职院校核心竞争力的有效途径,更是高职学生增强就业竞争力和职业能力的现实需求。本文探索陶行知"知情意合一"的德育教育思想,提出"情境化"职业道德教育模式,为高职院校的职业道德教育提出有效的方法和途径。
To strengthen the education of work ethic is the general requirement of social development and the urgent need for reform in higher vocational education. It is also an effective way to improve the core competitive power of vocational college students in job-seeking and professional abilities. This paper makes the exploration of Tao Xing-Zhi's"unity of knowing and feeling", and proposes the effective ways and means of ethic education in higher vocational colleges by "contextualized" ethic educational pattern.
