高职酒店管理专业建设的几个关键问题刍议

Discussions on Professional Construction of Hotel Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

经过七年的探索与实践,我院酒店管理专业形成了"三课堂"一体化的人才培养模式,为湖北省酒店行业培育了一批具备综合素质的高端技能型人才。未来,如何继续深化教学改革、加强专业建设,如何使本专业在省内具有一定知名度,在行业内享有美誉,还有几个重点问题需要进一步研究与实践。

After seven years of exploration and practice, the Hotel Management Major of Hubei Science and Technology College has formed a＂three-class＂ integrated talent training model, and has cultivated a great number of overall high-skilled talents for the hotel industry in Hubei Province. This paper further discusses several key issues on how to continue the intensive professional construction, and how to retain the reputation in Hubei Province and within the hotel industry.
