园区经济推动工业化进程的效果研究

Effects of Zone Economies on Industrialization Process

本文首先从理论上梳理了园区经济推动工业化进程的作用机制,其次运用相关分析、协整回归等方法深入研究了园区经济的经济效益、社会效益以及对工业化进程的综合推动作用。结果表明,园区经济的经济效益和社会效益显著,但随着园区规模的扩张,园区企业相对全国的领先优势有所减弱;园区经济与工业化进程之间关系密切,整体呈现"S"型走势,推动作用整体呈上升趋势,但存在先加速后减速的趋势;园区经济与人均GDP、城镇化率和非农部门就业占比之间存在稳定的协整关系。

This paper analyzed the mechanism of zone economies promoting industrialization process theoretically, and also investigated the effects empirically; it indicated an ＂S＂ curve between zone economies and industrialization process, the promotion effects have an upward trend, with a faster speed first and a slower speed later. Zone economies have a stably co-integrating relationship with urbanization ratio, ratio of employment in non-agricultural sectors, and per capita GDP. Furthermore, this paper analyzed the main problems in develop industrial parks, and proposed some suggestions to promote healthy development of industrial parks.
