中国最低工资标准的理论依据与测算的研究综述

摘要 目前,国内最低工资制度没有明确统一的理论依据。研究者更多关注最低工资经济效应的理论模型研究,他们常将最低工资标准作为既定前提进行分析,对于最低工资标准本身确定和调整的合理性却缺乏相应深入研究。现有的研究者大多认为现行最低工资标准偏低,并一致认为"合理即最佳"。然而,相关研究都未能给出明确的"合理的最低工资标准",对最低工资测算模型的研究还不成熟,尚未建立最低工资标准的评价体系。 At present, China's minimum wage system has no clear unified theoretical basis. Researchers pay more attention to the theoretical model of the economic effect of the minimum wage. The minimum wage standard is regarded as the given premise,whose rationality is taken less consideration. Most researchers agree that the current minimum wage standard is on the low side, and unanimously think that "reasonability is the best". However, related studies have failed to make clear the "reasonable minimum wage standard". The study of measurement model of the minimum wage is not yet mature. The evaluation system of minimum wage standard has not yet been established.
