Poetry and Wine: Blending in Rhyme and Spirit——on Chinese Poem-alcohol Culture

中国是历史悠久、享誉世界的诗歌大国,"诗酒文化"是中国诗歌特异的存在形式,也是中国诗歌源流之一,"诗酒文化"以其特有的审美方式和文化意蕴,成为中国文学与中国文化的一大奇观。文章以"物质的酒"与"精神的诗"在数千年的遇合与结合中演绎的"文化现象"为聚焦,从诗歌学、美学、文化学角度作出学理阐释与新的论说,揭示"酒"作为中国文化重要元素的历史渊源、内在机理与精神特性,解读其双重的"物质属性"与"精神属性",辨析其与中国文学与中国文化天然的精神联系与美学关系。

In a country world-famous for its long history and poetry, poem-alcohol culture has been a particular demonstration and a source of Chinese poetry. It is a wonder in Chinese literature and Chinese culture for its unique aesthetic mode and cultural implications. The paper focuses on poem -alcohol cultural phenomena instilled from the encounters and combinations of the ＂material wine＂ and ＂spiritual poems＂ in thousands of years in history. From perspectives of poetry, aesthetics and culture, the paper gives a theoretical illustration about the historical origin, intrinsic mechanism and spiritual characteristics of wine as a significant factor of Chinese culture; it also gives a twofold interpretation of the wine＇ s material and spiritual nature; the paper further analyzes the spiritual connection between wine and Chinese literature and culture and the connections between wine and aesthetics.
