HMQC and HMBC in the Structure Determination of Benzene Ethyl Ester Iridoid Glycosides

摘要 在苯乙醇酯裂环环烯醚萜苷中,其苯环上6个碳的归属文献中常出现错误,从而导致化合物结构测定的错误.本文先根据偶合常数大小和峰分裂数目将H-4″、H-7″、H-8″明确归属,再利用HMQC和HMBC技术确定苯环6个碳的归属,然后再利用糖苷中碳化学位移配糖效应确定葡萄糖在苯环上的取代位置. In the hteratures about benzene ethyl ester secoiridoid glycosides, the assignments of the six carbons belonging to the benzene ring were usually in errors, resulting in the wrong structure. In this paper, according to the coupling constant size and peak splitting number, H-4″, H-7″, H-8″ could be clearly attributed. Then, by using HMQC and HMBC technique, the chemical shifts of the six benzene carbons were determined. Finally, the carbon chemical shift effect of the glycoside was used to ascertain the substituent positions on the benzene ring.
