摘要
采用气相色谱法火焰离子检测器(FID)测定玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂塑料中苯乙烯残留单体含量,用二氯甲烷提取苯乙烯,使用毛细管柱(HP-5),以内标法(正丁苯为内标物)定量,内标法标准曲线线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 7。加样回收率得到满意结果,最低检测限可达5mg/kg。
An analytical method was developed for the determination of the residual styrene mono-mer content in fiberglass reinforced plastics based on unsaturated-polyester resins by gas chromatography with FID detector. In this method, dichloromethane is used as the solvent, and HP-5 column is used to separate different components. The internal standard calibration method is used for the quantitative calcu-lations, the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 999 7. The detection limit of the method is 5mg / kg.
