摘要
针对压气机转静干涉诱发的强迫响应问题,对某型风扇试验件进口可变弯度导向叶片进行流固耦合数值模拟。基于NUMECA的非线性谐波法,求解在后排转子势流作用下可调导叶的非定常流场,从而获得谐波压力,并对其作用在前排可调导叶相应模态下的强迫响应进行了计算,与试验验证结果吻合。结果表明:基于非线性谐波法的流场计算以及强迫响应分析,为工程应用建立了转静干涉诱发强迫振动响应的数值评估方法。
Aiming at the forcing response of compressor stator-rotor interaction, the numerical fluid-solid coupling simulation of the fan pivoting-stator were performed. Based on the nonlinear harmonic method in NUMECA, the unsteady flow field of the variable guide vane was solved under the potential flow effect of back row rotors. With the achieved harmonic pressure on the variable guide vane, the forcing response under the corresponding model was predicted. These results are in agreement with those obtained from experiments. The results show that an engineering numerical method of evaluating the forcing response under stator-rotor interaction was achieved based on the nonlinear harmonic simulation in the flow field and forcing response analysis.
