低频下降突发性耳聋预后影响因素分析

目的分析低频下降突发性耳聋病人的预后及其影响因素。方法选2010年1月至2013年12月收治的200例低频下降突发性耳聋患者,采用自编问卷收集临床资料,应用SPSS 19.0统计软件包对收集到的临床资料进行描述性分析和二分类Logistic回归分析以了解病人预后及其影响因素。结果在200例低频下降突发性耳聋病人中,21例痊愈,42例显效,81例有效,56例病人治疗无效,治疗总有效率为72.00%。年龄≥45岁、发病至接受治疗时间≥7天、耳聋程度重、眩晕、治疗起效时间≥3天是低频下降突发性耳聋病人预后的影响因素。结论低频下降突发性耳聋患者预后欠佳,其预后受很多因素影响,一旦确诊应该争取尽早给予积极治疗,有效缓解病情进展,改善病人的预后。

Objective To analyze low-frequency drop sudden deafness patients prognosis and its influencing factors. Methods 200 ca-ses with low-frequency drop sudden deafness were selected from January 2010 to December 2013. Using self-made questionnaire to collect the clinical data of these patients. SPSS19. 0 statistical package was applied to perform descriptive analysis on the collected clinical data and binary classification. Logistic regression analysis was performed to understand the prognosis of patients and its influencing factors. Results In 200 cases with low-frequency drop sudden deafness,21 cases got recovery,42 cases were excellence and 81 eases were effective,56 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 72. 00%. Age 45 years old,or accepting treatment time after 7 days or more,heavy deafness,vertigo,treatment effect time 3 days or more are risk factors to affect the prognosis of low-frequency drop sudden deafness patients. Conclusion Low-frequency drop sudden deafness patients prognosis is poor. Its prognosis is influenced by many factors. Therefore,once diagnosed should strive to give active treat-ment as soon as possible. This method can effectively alleviate the patientˊs condition,improve the prognosis of patients.
