摘要
目前对于电力用户安全用电的研究大多为定性分析,考虑到安全用电的重要性,提出了一种将三参数区间数与网络层次分析法(analytic network process,ANP)结合的风险决策方法。该方法采用三参数区间数的可能性排序方法得出ANP中各个指标下元素的对比矩阵,从而计算出局部权重,对传统ANP模型中直接由专家打分法主观给出元素间优势度的方法进行了优化。通过算例分析并与传统的ANP模型进行对比,验证了该模型的合理性和有效性,为电力用户安全用电风险预警提供了一种新方法。
Research on safety in utilizing electric energy of power consumers are mostly quantitative analysis at present.Considering importance of safe utilization of electric energy,a kind of risk decision method combining three parameters interval numbers with analytic network process(ANP)was proposed.This method used probability sorting method for three parameters interval numbers to get comparison matrices of elements under various index of ANP and work out local weight.It also optimized method in traditional ANP model for giving dominance of elements by means of subjective score by experts.Analysis on examples and comparison with traditional ANP model verifies reasonability and effectiveness of this model which might provide a new method for risk pre-warning on safe utilization of electric energy.
