针对易逝品供应链节点企业库存数据不准确的问题,将RFID技术引入到传统的库存管理模型,用于国内服装企业库存管理。在传统的库存模型基础上建立了基于RFID的复合Q,誗R誗库存模型,研究掌握实时库存数据。以重庆A服装公司为例,使用遗传算法仿真优化求解,证明了复合模型更能帮助企业降低库存,节约成本,从而提高企业的竞争力。
