飞航物流模式下的物资统一采购研究

Research on Materials Centralized Procurement under HIWING Logistics Mode

航天企业的物资管理具有不同于其他行业的特点。当前,航天三院已形成了适用于其自身发展的物资统一采购模式,即飞航物流模式。文章对飞航物流模式的运行质效进行了简要分析,同时提出了后续发展要点。

Materials management of aerospace enterprise is different from that of other industry characteristics. Currently, The Third Academy of CASIC has formed the materials centralized procurement mode in its own development, namely the HIWING logistics mode. In this paper, quality and emeieney of operation on HEWING logistics mode was briefly analyzed, and the follow. ing development essentials were proposed.
