Discussion on the Basic Thoughts and Methods of College Students' Entrepreneurship Training Construction

大学生创业培训模式构建应当校准四种价值取向:一是聚焦创业型人才培养;二是切合创业培训需要;三是创新创业培训模式;四是促进人才培养模式改革。大学生创业培训模式构建应当遵循"八步走"的基本思路:一是开展专题调研;二是组织课题研究;三是获取相关成果;四是完善实施方案;五是尝试特定模式;六是构建完整模式;七是调控模式运行;八是推动模式创新。大学生创业培训模式构建应当运用七种基本方略:一是吃透"四情",关注"模式";二是占有信息,学习"模式";三是深入研究,解读"模式";四是创造条件,选择"模式";五是务实求为,建构"模式";六是实践运行,调控"模式";七是转型升级,创新"模式"。

The entrepreneurship training mode construction of college students should bear the following value orientations：focusing on the cultivation of entrepreneurial talent;meeting the requirement of entrepreneurship training;innovating entrepreneurship training mode;promoting the mode reformation.This construction should act in accordance with the basic thoughts ＂eight steps＂ ：carrying out special research;organizing research project;obtaining theoretical achievements;completing implementation plan;attempting special mode;constructing complete mode;regulating mode running;pushing mode innovation.The mode construciton should employ seven basic methods：firstly,understanding ＂four situations＂ and concentrating on ＂mode＂;secondly,occupying information and study ＂mode＂;thirdly,researching deeply and interpreting ＂mode＂;fourthly,creating conditions and choosing ＂mode＂;fifthly,innovating and constructing ＂mode＂;sixthly,operating practice and regulating ＂mode＂;seventhly,transforming and upgrading to innovate ＂mode＂.
