外商商会在推进义乌综合改革试点中的作用机制研究——以义乌的韩商会为例

外商是带动义乌经济腾飞不可或缺的一份子。外商商会作为外商的服务性机构,为外商投资企业提供多方位服务和桥梁作用。目前,韩商会的运行机制相对完善,活动丰富且固定。义乌韩商会在维护会员的合法权益、提供便利的信息咨询、组织会员开展各类活动方面具有重要意义。义乌韩商会的作用机制主要体现在引导韩商融入义乌,引导韩商企业对接政府及市场需求。近年,义乌出台相关政策,鼓励学校招收外国学生,组织不同的慈善类活动等,以促使义乌转变贸易发展方式,成为转变外贸发展方式示范区、带动产业转型升级的重要基地。

Foreign businessmen are the indispensable driving force for Yiwu＇s economic boom. As a service provider for foreign business- men, a foreign chamber of commerce offers multi-aspect services for foreign investors. Korea Chamber of Commerce runs smoothly and holds plenty events regularly. It plays an important role in protecting the legal interest of members, offering information consultant and ar- ranging various activities for the members. The mechanism of the chamber takes effect in helping Korean businessmen fit in Yiwu and un- derstand the demand of the government and the market. In recent years, the government of Yiwu has issued relative policies to encourage enrollment of overseas students and organize charity events for changing the trade development mode of Yiwu. By doing so, Yiwu could turn into a demonstration area in transforming foreign trade mode and a base for leading the industry transformation and upgrading.
