受后金融危机的影响,技术性贸易措施正逐渐成为影响国际水产品贸易的重要因素之一。通过分析和研究各国的措施通报发布趋势,有利于中国开展技术性贸易措施通报的深入评议和应对工作。以2010—2013年渔业领域接收的技术性贸易措施通报数据为分析基础,全面介绍和研究了近几年通报的发布趋势,并就中国如何应对水产贸易壁垒提出了综合建议,旨在及时分析WTO成员发布水产品技术性贸易措施的动态,掌握其发展趋势,有助于中国加强对水产品技术性贸易措施的应对和预警工作。

Under the influence of the post - global financial crisis, Technical Measures to Trade has increasingly be- come one of the most important factors affecting the international trade of aquatic products. Therefore, the analysis and research of the trend of Technical Measures to Trade reporting by the various countries will be conducive to the in - depth appraisal and countermeasures for the reporting of Technical Measures to Trade in China. With the data of Technical Measures to Trade received from the aquatic product field in the period of 2010 -2013 as the basis, this study has conducted a comprehensive analysis and research of the reporting trend of Technical Measures to Trade in recent years. Furthermore, this study has proposed comprehensive suggestions for China on how to cope with the trade barriers for aquatic products, with a view of analyzing and understanding the new developments of Technical Measures to Trade of aquatic products released by WTO member countries in a timely fashion. Thus, it is conducive to assisting China in terms of the response and warning of Technical Measures to Trade for aquatic products.
