摘要
针对湿法成型工艺硫磺粉尘进行燃烧爆炸特性参数测试,对目数范围介于16~35目,35~60目,60~80目,80~100目,100~120目,120~160目,160~200目,200目筛下八组硫磺粉尘的:粉尘层着火温度、粉尘云最低着火温度、粉尘云最小点火能以及爆炸下限四个参数进行了测试,确定了不同粒径分组硫磺粉尘的燃烧爆炸参数。为硫磺湿法成型系统硫磺粉尘浓度监控标准的制定提供依据。
The parameters tests on combustion and explosion characteristics of sulfur dust in wet forming process were conducted. Eight groups of sulfur dust with the mesh number of 16 to 35 mesh,35 to 60 mesh,60 to 80 mesh,80 to 100 mesh,100 to 120 mesh,120 to 160 mesh,160 to 200 mesh,and 200 mesh were selected,then four parameters including ignition temperature of dust layer,minimum ignition temperature of dust cloud,minimum ignition energy of dust cloud and lower explosion limit were measured,and the combustion and explosion characteristics of sulfur dust with different particle size groups were determined. It provides the basis for the making of monitoring standard on sulfur dust concentration in sulfur wet forming system.
