KN95颗粒物防护口罩适合性与头面部尺寸关系研究 被引量:20

摘要 测量两种KN95颗粒物防护口罩的适合性和人体头面部尺寸,分析影响口罩适合性的人体尺寸因素。选择80名受试对象,使用弯角规和直角规进行头面部尺寸测量。受试者分别佩戴3M8210、3M 8210v颗粒物防护口罩,使用TSI 8038进行定量适合性检验。两种口罩的适合性检验通过率无差异(P>0.05),通过率无性别差异(P>0.05)。男性鼻宽对3M 8210的适合性有影响(P<0.05),女性面宽和两耳屏点间颌下弧长对3M 8210v的适合性有影响(P<0.05)。面宽和鼻宽可作为初步选择颗粒物防护口罩的参考指标,但仍需经过定量适合性检验。 The fitness of two KN95 particulate respirators and the facial dimensions of human body were measured to analyze the factors of human body dimension affecting the fitness of respirators. The facial dimensions of 80 test subjects were measured by bending angle gauge and right angle gauge. 3M 8210 and 3M 8210 v particulate respirators were worn by the same subject respectively,and the quantitative fitness test was conducted by TSI 8038. It showed that there was no significant difference between the passing rate of two respirators( P〉0. 05). Furthermore,no gender difference was observed for passing rate( P〉0. 05). Nose breadth influenced the fitness of 3M8210 respirator for males( P〈0. 05),while bizygomatic breadth and bitragion-submandibuler arc influenced the fitness of 3M 8210 v respirator for females( P〉0. 05). Bizygomatic breadth and nose breadth could be used as the reference indexes to choose the proper respirators preliminarily,but the quantitative fitness test was still required.
