摘要
职场友谊作为职场人际关系的核心议题,近年来的理论研究和实践受到广泛关注。职场友谊的建立与维系对于员工自身的工作满意度、幸福感以及组织认同度、组织绩效的提升等方面都具有重要的作用。从职场友谊的内涵和特征、职场友谊的构成和测量、职场友谊的影响因素、职场友谊的结果变量等方面对职场友谊的现有研究进行整合,并指出了现有研究的不足以及未来研究的关注点。
Workplace friendship as a co,'e issues of workplace relationship has received extensive attention in recent years. The establishment and maintenance of workplace friendship as an informal relationship meeting the social needs of employees in organizations, play an important role in the increase in job satisfaction, happiness and organ- izational identity of employees and organizational performance. The paper reviews current literature in aspects such as the connotation, measurement and influencing factors of workplace friendship. On the basis of the analysis of current research shortcomings, it makes prospects for future research emphasis.
