大学生村官跟踪培养机制探索

Exploration of Follow-up Cultivation Mechanism of College-graduate Village Officials

阐述了大学生村官培养机制取得的有益成果,对大学生村官机制推进中存在的很多新情况和新问题进行了分析,认为,大学生村官培育按照成熟的机制推进,是培养社会主义接班人的必由之路。在此基础上,对大学生村官跟踪培养机制进行了探索和研究,提出了源头选拔跟踪制、农村实践淘汰制、跟踪培养导师制、跟踪培养联动制等多种培养大学生村官的路径。

This paper firstly summarizes valuable achievements made in the process of cultivating college-graduate village officials and then analyzes new situations and problems existing in the cultivation mechanism. It points out that to promote the cultivation mechanism of college-graduate village officials is the only way to foster the Chinese socialist successors. Based on the exploration and research of this mechanism, it puts forward several concrete culti- vating approaches, which include tracking the source of the selection system, implementing the knock-out system, tracking the training supervisors, and the linkage system of tracking and cultivation.
