摘要 以FSAE赛车车架为研究对象,构建了基于扭转刚度及模态频率综合灵敏度分析的车架有限元模型.通过考虑管件壁厚对车架性能影响的相对灵敏程度,从而选择更具针对性的设计变量进行优化设计.以车架质量最小为目标函数,以扭转刚度和模态频率为约束条件,对车架管件壁厚进行优化计算.结果表明,在保证使用性能的前提下,优化后的车架质量比原设计减少了6.01%. A finite element model of car frame was built based on sensitivity analysis of the stiffness and modal frequencies. The extent of sensitivity to which the thickness of the tube affected the performance of the car frame was considered so that effective variables were chosen for the optimizing design. Then the thickness of frame components was calculated to such that minimized the car frame weight while meeting the requirements of torsional stiffness and modal frequency. The result shows that the frame meets the design requirements with weight reduced by 6.01%.
