摘要
用液相沉淀法制备不同比例Nd掺杂的ZnS纳米颗粒,用X射线衍射仪对制备的样品进行物相分析.以降解溴酚蓝为模型反应,通过吸收和光致发光光谱对其进行了发光性能的研究,讨论了影响溴酚蓝降解率的主要因素.结果表明,在100℃下老化1 h,制得的光催化剂具有较高的光催化活性,该复合光催化材料可用于有机染料废水的降解处理.
Nd-doped ZnS nanoparticles were prepared via liquid-phase coprecipitation with different doping concentrations. The crystal structure of the nanopowders was tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the luminescent property of Nd-doped ZnS nanoparticals measured by absorption and photoluminescence spectra.
