摘要 用液相沉淀法制备不同比例Nd掺杂的ZnS纳米颗粒,用X射线衍射仪对制备的样品进行物相分析.以降解溴酚蓝为模型反应,通过吸收和光致发光光谱对其进行了发光性能的研究,讨论了影响溴酚蓝降解率的主要因素.结果表明,在100℃下老化1 h,制得的光催化剂具有较高的光催化活性,该复合光催化材料可用于有机染料废水的降解处理. Nd-doped ZnS nanoparticles were prepared via liquid-phase coprecipitation with different doping concentrations. The crystal structure of the nanopowders was tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the luminescent property of Nd-doped ZnS nanoparticals measured by absorption and photoluminescence spectra. The factors influencing the performance of photocatalytic degradatio result shows Photocatalyst presents high catalytic activity by treating degradation of organic dyestuff wastewater. n of bromphenol blue are discussed.
