务川县岩溶地区小流域石漠化综合治理初探

Initial Study of Wuchuan County Karst Region Small Watershed Rocky Desertification Comprehensive Control

本文针对务川县由于毁林、陡坡开荒种植、不合理耕种等引起小流域生态恶化,石漠化土地面积占总面积的46.3%,石漠化严重等问题,结合《岩溶地区石漠化综合治理规划大纲(2006—2015年)》,对石漠化现状、成因进行了分析,并提出了防治对策和治理模式。综合治理方案重点以封山育林恢复生态、人工种草圈养为主,具体包括林业植被建设、小型水土保持措施、草食畜牧业发展、配套水利设施建设等措施,治理岩溶面积58.56km2,实现区域生态经济双赢、农民脱贫致富的治理目标。

Wuchuan County suffers from small watershed ecological deterioration due to deforestation, cultivation on steep slopes, irrational cultivation, etc. Rocky desertification area accounts for 46. 3% of total land area, and rocky desertification is serious, etc. In the paper, ＇ Karst Area Rocky Desertification Comprehensive Management Plan Outline （2006--2015）＇ is combined for analyzing rocky desertification situation and causes aiming at the above problems. Prevention countermeasures and management model are proposed. Comprehensive management program focuses on closing mountain, forestation, restoring ecosystem, artificial grass and livestock rearing in pens. Concrete measures include the follows ： forestry vegetation construction, small soil and water conservation measures, the development of herbivorous animal husbandry, supporting water conservancy facilities construction, etc. Karst control area is up to 58.56km2. Win-win goal of economy and biology in the region is realized, and the governance goal of relieving poverty of local farmer can be realized.
