国内重要神经病学及精神病学类期刊2005-2013年高被引论文分析

Analysis of highly cited papers published in core journals of neuropsychiatry from 2005-2013

目的通过对重要神经病学及精神病学类期刊的高被引论文进行统计分析,以期为我国神经精神疾病临床、科研、办刊者正确选择研究方向以及撰写论文提供重要的理论指导,以刊出高质量的科研论文,更好地为临床服务。方法利用中国引文数据库,检索6种神经病学及精神病学类期刊2005-2013年所发表文章中被引次数最高的前20篇(共120篇)进行分析,按照被引频次排序,对其栏目分布、年份分布、论著特点及内容特征等进行统计分析。结果 6种期刊中,《中华神经外科杂志》被引次数≥5的文章所占比例最高(23.9%),零引用文章最少的为《中华神经医学杂志》(14.5%)。各刊之间被引频次相差大,同一期刊内被引频次差异也较大。6种期刊高被引文章主要发表于2005-2008年,4种期刊以论著类高被引文章所占比例最高,其次为综述类,指南与共识类、述评和论坛类文章在个别期刊占一定比例。高被引论著类文章中,临床类多于基础类文章,临床类文章中以横断面研究为主,基础类文章以动物为实验对象的较多;两者均以单中心研究较多。高被引文章内容主要涉及常见、重大疾病如认知障碍、脑血管病、神经变性疾病、精神疾病等的患病情况、发病机制、诊断治疗等。由于每种期刊办刊侧重点不同,其高被引文章的内容亦有较大差别。结论期刊的影响力主要取决于少数高被引文章,从事神经及精神疾病工作者应关注本学科的前沿、热点问题,重视常见重大疾病研究,以及能解决临床实际问题的主题,重视开展指南或共识类的制定工作,加强前瞻性多中心合作研究,以提高我国神经及精神疾病研究的整体质量和水平。

Objective To analyze the highly cited papers published in core journals of neuropsychiatry and to provide proper research direction and guidance of thesis writing.Methods The highly cited papers（cited by the top 20）published in 6important journals of neuropsychiatry since 2005-2013 were retrieved by Chinese citation database and ordered by cited frequency.The distribution of column,published time,types of original articles and their content feature were analyzed.Results Among 6journals of neuropsychiatry journals,the rate of citation frequency≥5was the most in Chinese journal of neurosurgery（23.9%）,zero citation paper was the least in Chinese journal of neuromedicine（14.5%）.The cited frequency was largely different among the journals as well as within the journal.The highly cited papers were mainly published in 2005-2008.Original articles accounted for the largest proportion in 4journals,followed by review,while guideline,editorial or expert forum occupied a certain proportion.Of the highly cited papers,clinical papers were more than basic researches.Most of clinical researches was designed as cross-sectional,and experimental subject of basic study was mainly animal.The study of highly cited paper was mostly carried out in single center rather than multicenter.Their contents majored in common and critical diseases such as prevalence mechanism and diagnosis or treatment of cognition disorders,cerebrovascular diseases,neurodegenerative diseases and mental diseases.Its content of highly cited paper was different as for particular emphasis on each journal.Conclusions The influence of journal is largely dependent on a few highly cited papers.More attention should be paid to hot issues of neuropsychiatry,the topic of solving practical problems of clinical,the formulation of guideline or consensus and prospective multicenter cooperation in attempt to quality promotion of neurological study.
