The nesting holes of all kinds of rotor forgings are plugged by the plugging materials which is possessed the characteristics of simple operation and low cost, and are specified the operation methods to reduce cracking risk and ensure the quality of products. The final plugging material is confirmed by the contrast tests of a variety of optional materials which compare operational feasibility, plugging effect and economy. And the material mixing is performed a standardized operation.
